A welcome addition to the range alongside the Bianco, Rosato Rosso and Sparkling Red, this Prosecco is juicy and bright and made for immediate enjoyment.
Prosecco has become increasingly popular in Australia over the last 10 to 15 years. It has found its home in the neighbouring King Valley, but it also flourishes in the Alpine Valleys.
Production Notes
The fruit was machine harvested in the cool crisp morning and gently pressed in our airbag press. The juice was cold settled and racked before inoculation with selected yeast. Once fermented the base wine was racked and sulphured immediately to retain freshness. The wine was then stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
Tasting Note
Colour: Very pale with a light green hue
Nose: Attractive lifted fresh aromas of nashi pear and melon.
Palate: Abundant fresh fruit of honeydew and a hint of green apple. Slightly dryer in style, with an abundance of fruit sweetness balanced with gentle acidity making this prosecco highly drinkable!
