Yuzutini recipe:
60ml Vermouth
90ml MV Prosecco
150-175ml CAPI Yuzu soda
Rub rim of wine glass with a wedge of lemon and dip the glass rim into the citrus salt garnish.
Place an ice block into the glass trying not to touch the rim of the glass.
Pour in Vermouth and Prosecco, then top up with YUZU soda.
Garnish with dried citrus slices.
